By Azmed Devices Editorial Team

Cordis will present late-breaking 12-month data from its SELUTION4ISR and SELUTION DeNovo clinical trials at the TCT annual scientific symposium. These results aim to evaluate the clinical value and safety of the SELUTION SLR DEB.
According to Cordis, the company will present late-breaking 12-month results for two major coronary trials during the upcoming Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics symposium in San Francisco. The findings from the SELUTION4ISR and SELUTION DeNovo trials are scheduled for presentation on October 26, 2025.
According to Cordis, the SELUTION DeNovo trial involved 3,323 patients and compared the SELUTION SLR DEB first strategy against systematic drug-eluting stent use for treating de novo coronary artery disease. Additionally, the SELUTION4ISR trial included 418 patients and compared the device against standard of care for treating in-stent restenosis.
According to Cordis, these clinical studies are intended to provide the medical community with evidence regarding the safety and utility of drug-eluting balloons within the coronary treatment algorithm. Following the presentations, the company plans to host two specialized symposia to discuss the trial results with the lead investigators.
