ALLEVYN™ Life Dressing
ALLEVYN LIFE Foam Dressings are designed as an all-in-one, five-layer wound management solution that incorporates a highly absorbent core to lock away high levels of exudate, including viscous fluid. The product features a border design intended to stay securely in place while redistributing pressure and minimizing leakage. By providing long wear performance, the dressing is intended to help reduce the time and costs associated with frequent dressing changes, supporting efficient clinical practice. Each dressing includes a gentle silicone contact layer to help facilitate patient comfort and a showerproof top layer for protection, with the exception of heel-specific options. Additionally, the dressings utilize masking technology designed to reduce the visual impact of exudate strikethrough and manage wound odor. By helping to ease the worry of leakage, the dressing is intended to empower patients, making it easier for them to remain confidently involved in their own care. ALLEVYN LIFE is indicated for wound management and, when used on intact skin, can support pressure ulcer prevention strategies.
